Cancellation Order

We don’t offer order cancellation. Our products are digital products. We only accept to cancel orders when we are unable to supply the right products. In this case, we will refund full payment.

Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Goods

Shipping cost is free. We provide digital products. We provide products by download methods.

Delivery Charge on Returning Goods

We don’t apply any fee for Delivery Charge on Returning Goods.

2. For Spare parts (Physical products)

We always want customers to be satisfied with their entire experience, this includes our return policy.

To assure customer satisfaction we made this procedure as easy as possible. Warranty claims are processed through our technical department.
For all non-warranty (Replacement parts only.Original parts are of no return) returns follow instructions.

Please Contact us for Return in 30 days.
Please note parts must be in original packaging and in new condition. Parts will not be accepted for return if they have been installed or not in new condition.

  • Request an RMA #.
  • State the reason for your return.

Properly package the product for shipping.

  • Write the RMA# on the package.
  • Ship the package per the instructions provided by the customer service representative.

Upon receipt of the returned item, one of the following will happen:

  • Refunds – A refund of the original purchase price will be made.
  • Exchange – Another part will be sent.

Please note:

  • After we received the return package, full credit will be given to all items that have not been installed and are returned in re-saleable condition.
  • The customer is responsible for shipping cost of reason “bought it wrong” or  “don’t need it any more”.
  • We is responsible for shipping cost of reason “quality problem” or “wrong shipped”.
  • Refund through Paypal will be received immediately.
  • Refund through Credit Card will be received in 5 days.(We will refund and send you the slip,handle time is for bank)

Return Addresses: We have several warehouses in USA and China, please contact us first for return or exchange, buyers must ship the package per the instructions provided by the customer service representative. Not allowed returns will be rejected.
